I am a Reps Level 3 Personal Trainer and also a qualified ABA Boxing Coach. Boxing technique and boxing fitness feature heavily in my training sessions and classes. I started boxing training in April 2010 and fell in love with the sport. I have taken part in White Collar Boxing bouts and am more than capable of showing you some serious boxing moves that will get you fit in no time!
Currently, I am a boxer, classes cover coach and ABA seniors class coach at All Stars Boxing Club and a boxing coach, personal trainer, classes instructor and sports therapist with Bodyline Fitness Studio and Calm Hands Therapies. Until the end of December 2016 from October 2012, I worked as a boxing, kettlebells, Hiit and circuits classes instructor, personal trainer and sports therapist with Daniels Fitness Group. Until December 2013, from January 2012, I worked as an assistant boxing coach and sports therapist in conjunction with Moreno Boxing Club.
Passionate about the physical and mental benefits of boxing training, I wanted to share these with a wider audience in West London.
I have been a personal trainer for over 13 years, as well as a basketball coach and stand up paddle board instructor. Throughout my career as a personal trainer I have learnt a variety of successful training methods including boxing padwork skills. I use various training methods and experiences within my sessions with boxing padwork playing a big role.

For those who get bitten by the boxing bug, we are apart of a network of advanced boxing coaches, who can help take your boxing skills further to compete as an amateur boxer in competitions at top amateur All Stars ABA boxing club or in other boxing competitions, such as White Collar Boxing events.

I am an advanced boxing coach and Reps Level 3 personal trainer. I have worked as a boxing coach for 10 years at All Stars Boxing Club running both classes and individual boxing training sessions, as well as working freelance. I include boxing in my training programmes for all ages and fitness levels, alongside core work, weights and cardio. I believe that incorporating my boxing techniques into your fitness regime releases tension, re-invigorates your mind and body and is a great stress reducer.
