New HIIT Class – Back in 2021
High intensity 40 minutes exercise class, all fitness levels welcome.
Class involves a warm up, dynamic stretches, cardio fitness, strength, core stability, circuit exercises, cool down and static stretches. Bodyweight exercises and equipment including dumbbells, battleropes, focus pads, kettlebells, medicine balls, Trx, viper.
Thursdays 7pm to 7.40pm Online with Jonathan
Prices: First Class Half Price
Adults: £10 per class, book 6 classes for £48, 12 classes for £92.
Students: £8 per class, book 6 classes for £40, 12 classes for £80.
Juniors: from 11 to 18 years old, £5 per class, book 5 classes for £20.
