Circuit Training


Saturdays 1pm to 2pm Online Zoom Training

Mixed exercise class, beginners to advanced, everyone welcome.  A mixture of cardio fitness, mobilisation, individual and partner exercises, strength, core stability, circuit exercises, warm up, cool down and stretches.  Bodyweight exercises and equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, Trx, viper or equivalent weights.

Free fitness testing, dietary and exercise advice.

Adults: £10 per class or buy a block of 6 classes for £48 or 12 classes for £90.00
