About – Take A Pop Boxing
Take A Pop Boxing is a sporting initiative set up by Anna Buckley, a boxer and ABA boxing coach at All Stars Boxing Club and a boxing coach, personal trainer, classes instructor and sports therapist with Bodyline Fitness and Calm Hands Therapies. Passionate about the physical and mental benefits of boxing training, Anna wanted to share these with a wider audience in Ealing, West London.
Anna is driven by the shared belief in making boxing an accessible sport for all – men, women, children and families, from beginners to advanced fitness levels.
The training sessions have been designed to focus on technique, while developing cardio fitness, building muscle strength and decreasing body fat. The sessions will strengthen the deep core muscles necessary to maintain good posture and flexibility. Technique is key, so this is not Boxercise, but the workouts will push and challenge you. If attendance is frequent, you will see fast results in learning technique, in fitness, weight loss, muscle development, and overall body conditioning.
Take A Pop provides a friendly and motivating environment that encourages participants to master their new skills, improve fitness, strength, coordination, develop confidence and self-defence skills.
For those who get bitten by the boxing bug, we are apart of a network of advanced boxing coaches, who can help take your boxing skills further to compete as an amateur boxer in competitions at top amateur ABA Boxing Club All Stars or in other events.
